Return policy
Every EVERME gift box is created as a bespoke curation that is made to order, to bring lasting impact. Because of this personalised approach, we do not accept returns.
If any individual product arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course arrange a replacement to ensure your gift is received in perfect condition.
Please email hello@byeverme.com with your order number and photograph of the damaged item within 14 days of receipt.
DELIVERY
Our pre-order window opens on 22nd September 2025.
Once orders close, each box will be lovingly prepared to order.
Deliveries will arrive at the start of December, perfectly timed for the festive season.
We deliver to UK addresses only (international delivery coming soon). All parcels will be fully tracked, so you can follow your gift’s journey.
